FAQ

Questionswe get asked.

What does ABC Digital Marketing actually do?

ABC connects marketing, CRM, sales and technology to help businesses attract, manage and convert more of the right customers. We look at the entire customer journey, identify where opportunities are being lost and build the right combination of marketing, systems, automation and AI to improve how the business operates and grows.

Are you a traditional digital marketing agency?

Not really. While we offer marketing and customer acquisition services, our approach goes beyond generating leads. We look at what happens after someone clicks, enquires or becomes a customer, connecting marketing with the systems, people and processes responsible for converting and retaining them.

Do you work with small and medium-sized businesses?

Yes. We work with established and growing businesses that are ready to improve how they attract and convert customers. You don't need to be a large corporate or have a huge internal team. What matters is that there is a genuine opportunity to improve your customer journey and the systems supporting it.

How does AI fit into what you do?

AI is an important part of what we build, but it isn't the starting point. We start with the business problem, then look at the process and the systems before deciding where AI can add value. AI can analyse information, identify patterns, support decisions and communicate with the technology running your business, while automation handles the repetitive actions that need to happen next.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. We believe your people are one of your business's most valuable assets. The goal is to use AI and automation to remove repetitive work, improve access to information and give your team more time to focus on customers, relationships, expertise and the work that actually requires a human. The face of your business is you. AI works behind the scenes.

Can you help with our marketing as well as our systems?

Yes. Marketing is a core part of what we do because customer acquisition and the systems behind it are closely connected. Depending on your needs, we can work across paid advertising, content, SEO, social media, lead generation, CRM, sales processes, automation, AI and conversion optimisation.

Do we need to use AI to work with ABC?

No. We don't recommend AI simply because it's the latest technology. If a straightforward process, better CRM setup or improved marketing strategy will solve the problem, that's what we'll recommend. AI is used where it can genuinely improve the outcome.

What platforms and tools do you work with?

We work across a range of marketing, CRM, automation and AI platforms depending on what your business needs. We don't believe in forcing every client into the same technology stack. The right tools depend on your existing systems, processes, team and goals.

Can you connect our existing systems?

In many cases, yes. We can assess how your current platforms work together and identify opportunities to connect them. This might involve your website, advertising platforms, CRM, email and SMS, booking systems, sales tools, reporting platforms or other business software.

How do you know what our business actually needs?

We start by understanding the business and mapping the customer journey. We'll look at how people discover you, how enquiries are captured, what happens inside your CRM, how leads are followed up, how sales opportunities are managed and where customers may be dropping out. From there, we can identify what needs to be fixed, improved or built.

What is a Revenue Leak Audit?

A Revenue Leak Audit is a detailed look at the journey between marketing activity and revenue. We assess areas such as acquisition, lead capture, CRM, follow-up, sales processes, tracking and automation to identify where opportunities may be getting lost. You receive a clear picture of what's working, what's not and what we'd prioritise fixing.

Do you offer ongoing marketing and optimisation?

Yes. Once the foundations are in place, we can continue working with your business across marketing, paid media, content, CRM optimisation, automation, AI, conversion and performance. The focus is on continually improving the system rather than simply producing more activity.

Can you work with our existing marketing or sales team?

Absolutely. We don't need to replace your existing team to make your systems better. We can work alongside internal marketing, sales and operations teams, giving them better processes, technology and information while taking care of the areas where additional expertise is needed.

Do you work with businesses outside the Sunshine Coast?

Yes. ABC is based on the Sunshine Coast and works with businesses across Australia. We work with clients remotely as well as locally, so geography doesn't prevent us from working together.

How do we get started?

The best place to start is a conversation. Book a free 30-minute consultation and tell us what's happening in your business, what you're trying to achieve and where you feel things are getting stuck. From there, we'll help determine whether you need more marketing, better systems, smarter automation, AI, or a combination of the above.

What does it cost to work with ABC?

Every business has different requirements, so we don't believe in forcing everyone into the same package. Projects can range from focused marketing or systems work through to larger customer acquisition and revenue system builds. We'll scope the work around your business, priorities and goals before recommending an approach.
